Testing 2021

We have always aimed to test prospective students for admission in the most favourable circumstances possible to allow them to perform at their very best. The pandemic makes this task more complex than ever. With the current restrictions in place, we have decided that most tests will be done remotely and in two rounds:

1st round: an online, multiple-choice reading and comprehension test with remote video supervision

2nd round: a writing assessment and oral interview with remote video supervision
(Only candidates who successfully complete the 1st round will be invited to the 2nd round of tests)

The first round of tests will take place during the Winter school break (last two weeks of February). Candidates who are signed up and have paid the admissions testing fee will be sent a form to sign up for the slot of their choice. The test will last about 40 minutes.

The slot will be confirmed by email and the candidate will be sent links to the test website as well as the video supervision.

Results for Secondary will be communicated by 25th February by email. Primary results will be known by 5th March.

Secondary: Wednesday 3rd March, during the morning for Australian/Singaporean students; during the afternoon for European students; Saturday 6th March for students in the USA/Canada

Upper Primary: Wednesday 10th March, during the afternoon (French time) for all candidates.

Only successful first round candidates will sit the second round of tests. They will be informed by email if they are eligible for further testing. Complete details and links for the second round will be provided by email.

Secondary: Friday 19th March

Primary: Friday 26th March
